科政中心首度開拓荷蘭醫材市場商機 科政中心秉持熱誠推展新創技術和學研科技商品化的使命，於2019年夏末號召六組實力堅強且雄心拓展新市場的醫材團隊，前往荷蘭烏特勒支市(Utrecht)展開四週國際加速鏈結課程RAPID Health Program，一方面實地接觸市場習性，一方面瞭解當地新創資源及人脈。自9/23至10/20由烏特列支經濟委員會(EBU)/台荷加速器(TGN)與科政中心共同合作，於荷蘭烏特列支市首選之加速器Jaarbeurs Innovation Mile(JIM)大樓中進行培訓，首週是為期一週之新訓計劃讓團隊瞭解荷蘭市場與台灣類似和差異處，接著於9/30舉辦【2019台灣商機日】接觸荷蘭當地育成領域夥伴們。 【上圖】六組醫材團隊於RAPID Health Program合影 於此四週國際加速鏈結課程，六組團隊均接觸到潛在客戶，及歐洲創投廠商、大型醫材公司研發中心等，接續幾週也為團隊串聯荷蘭市場資源，如：當地之銀髮養護中心、烏特勒支市著名之醫院體系UMC等，荷蘭加速課程重視團隊各別發展和需求情況，提供一對一諮詢和市場人脈介紹，此加速課程主軸之一，即是邀請EBU的健康領域首席負責人：Jelle Van de Weijde為團隊重點諮詢業師之一，引薦團隊認識荷蘭中風醫學會資深教授外，也推薦團隊給國際醫材廠商，如：Johnson & Johnson、Philips等研發中心副總經理、歐洲區域代表；同時更邀請到 Nawal Bahia El Idrissi Nawal 為歐盟補助機構之資深顧問(EU Subsidy Policy Adviser, Catalyze)提供團隊未來進駐荷蘭相關經費補助申請之規劃，替有潛能之新創企業為荷蘭烏特列支地區社會問題提供解決方案並鏈結歐洲新創加速資源，團隊表示此行費盡心力，然而收穫豐碩。 【上圖】六組醫材團隊與當地企業會晤 最後於返國前一週，六組團隊陸續傳出佳訊，以創新型手術縫合機為產品的團隊於荷蘭當地完成豬隻動物實驗；以視神經掃描判定技術為主的團隊和荷蘭領導地位教授討論合作研究暨研發之專案方式；以生理訊號監測結合IoT技術之團隊，於荷蘭銷售8組產品且與2間醫療機構未來一年保持合作關係，其餘團隊將以此行蒐集之市場情報，持續加強自身技術研發。 直接鏈結當地醫材領域之產業或研究機構中高層人員，快速建立扇形式人脈網路是荷蘭新創文化特色和機會，因當地平行分工和決策者負責之工作文化，十分有利新創成長和一探市場機會，節省溝通和揣摩上意時間成本。此行前往順利協助了六組團隊開拓市場，落實媒合，並協助培訓課程及新創團隊培訓後續追蹤，完整評估合作收益及合作資源開發，作為規劃未來科技新創策略開發與合作的寶貴經驗之一。 【上圖】團隊產品樣機展示及修正 Source: https://www.stpi.narl.org.tw/public/show.htm?id=4b1141646e3f1d11016e91ba04904605 2019/11/19首頁 > 新聞及活動 > 新聞
