打工度假》體驗人生更多可能性 作者： 《30》雜誌 文∣王維玲 攝影｜林育緯 | 30雜誌 – 2013年7月6日 下午1:46 打工度假》體驗人生更多可能性 台灣年輕人就像生活在壓力鍋裡，各種焦慮與疲憊悶在裡面出不來。低薪、失業、薪資倒退等議題緊緊箍住年輕人的身心，讓他們動彈不得，只能在日復一日的日常生活中消耗掉對人生的夢想與熱情。 有沒有一種方式，可以讓自己重新充電，產生新的能量繼續面對生活？打工度假，就是一個不錯的充電方式。你可以用1 年的時間在國外生活，透過打工賺取旅行資金，利用這段看似空檔的時間， 暫時停下腳步，體驗人生更多不同的可能及選擇。 打工度假對時下年輕人有多大吸引力？根據外交部統計，國內年輕人申請出國打工度假的人數由2004-2007 年的1.2 萬人，近5 年累計增加到6.5 萬人，成長5 倍多；而光是每年赴澳洲打工度假的人數， 就接近2 萬人。 但是在社會上，很多人對打工度假抱持著負面印象，認為年輕人花了1 年的時間，冒著學業中斷或是工作可能被取代的風險，卻只能在國外從事勞力密集的工作。 該不該中斷在台灣的經驗，聽任自己內心的呼喊，放空1 年？而1 年回來後，這段人生對日後職涯有沒有幫助呢？台灣國際打工渡假教育協會理事長張慶邦說，決定這1 年的時間是虛度或是充實的關鍵，就在於自己的心態及事前準備，「只要做好準備與規畫，這段時間將成為年輕人一生最珍貴的養分。」 張慶邦從多年輔導青年出國打工度假的經驗中， 歸納出3 […]
