RAPID-Health Advanced Spring 2020 – Plan B announcement
Dear RAPID-Health and Computable Future Lab participants,
Due to the continuing outbreak of COVID-19 worldwide, and the mitigation measures taken all over the world, we are very sorry to inform you that we consider, at this moment, it is too risky for all participants to have physical meetings at the beginning of April 2020, especially regarding the health institutions. However, we would like to continue our efforts to support your projects.
Therefore we propose an alternative approach, of RAPID-Health Advanced Spring 2020, which contains as follows.
- The virtual meeting place in April 2020.
- Physical meetings in Utrecht in Fall 2020, which preferably coincide with the new dates for Computable Future Lab, or if there is no any Future Lab in 2020, in the period of September 18 – October 17, 2020, during RAPID-Health Fall 2020.
Instead of meeting each other in April in Utrecht, we propose a virtual meeting place and discussion platform, focusing on your top 2 strategic issues, which you consider the most important for you at this stage.
Apart from enhancing your market knowledge, we can use this information to prepare the tracks for you this fall.
What next?
First of all, we would like to know whether you consider this alternative an effective and feasible approach?
Secondly, we will contact you at the individual level, to discuss which topics you would like to address at this moment.
Besides, Computable Future Lab in Zorg & ICT 2020 will be possibly postponed till Fall 2020 as well. You are invited to reserve your place if you like.
If you have any comments or questions, on the above, please feel free to contact us.
